We offer various timescales for shoe dyeing to suit our customers’ needs, from a 2 - 3 day platinum service to standard 21 day service We offer a service to clean and/or dye your worn or dirtied shoes after your wedding so they can be worn again from only £8.50!! The shoe dyeing service could not be easier. When you have chosen your shoes and/or handbag, please follow one of the dyeing options below:

If you would like to try the shoes before dyeing to match to a colour swatch simply follow the steps below: Place your order and select the colour dyeing option from the drop down menu. Click the try before you dye button, complete your transaction and we will send the shoes out to you with the shoe dyeing information form. If they are suitable, return them with a colour swatch (this can be a fabric sample, cotton reel or a paint colour chart). Fill in the forms enclosed, ticking the timescale and postal option you require. Send the shoes to the address at the top of the page.	If you would like your shoes straight dyed to match a colour swatch (without trying on first). Follow the steps below: Place your order and select the colour dyeing option from the drop down menu. Select the dye shoes now option, then select the swatch sample button, (this can be a fabric sample, cotton reel, or a paint colour chart) Select time scale for dyeing. Complete the transaction and the shoes will be reserved for you until we receive your colour swatch. You will receive a confirmation email to attach your swatch to.

Colour perception may vary on different computer screens, if you require a more precise colour match please use the colour swatch option.
If you would like to try the shoes/handbag before dyeing simply follow the steps below: Place your order and select the colour dyeing option from the drop down menu. Click the try before you dye button, complete your transaction and we will send the shoes out to you, with the shoe dyeing information form. If your shoes are suitable. To choose a colour from the colour chart simply go to the colour studio page scroll down to the colour chart and click on your chosen colour. Fill in the form, stating the name of the colour you have chosen, ticking the timescale and postal option you require.(View below) Return the shoes to us with the completed forms to the address at the top of the page.	If you would like your shoes/handbag straight dyed to match a colour from our colour chart (without trying on first). Follow the steps below: Place your order and select the colour dyeing option from the drop down menu. Select the dye shoes now button ,then select choose a colour. Click on one of the colours on the standard colour chart Select time scale for dyeing. Complete the transaction. You will receive a confirmation email.

	Are all of our shoes and handbags dyeable? Yes, all of our shoes and handbags are fully dyeable
	Can my shoes be re-dyed after the wedding? Yes, as long as they are going to be a darker colour they can be re-dyed.
	My shoes are badly marked can they still be dyed? Yes, we offer you a shoe cleaning service cost of £8.50 which can be done before the shoes are dyed.
	I haven’t got a swatch of material, what can I send for you to match the colour? You can send us a strap/belt from your outfit, a reel of cotton, a button or even a paint colour from your local DIY store, Items sent to us to match your colour are returned to you safely with your shoes after dyeing.
	Can the shoes still be dyed if they have beading or decoration on them? Yes they usually can still be dyed satisfactorily.

DISCLAIMER At our colour studio our skilled colourists blend the colour you have chosen and meticulously apply it by hand. Please note all shoe & bag dyeing is done under natural daylight conditions. For example the same colour seen in natural daylight will be different when seen under electric light. We recommend Satin Shoes when dyeing to dark colours or matching velvet materials. We can only dye satin, silk and fabric uppers. Silk is a natural fibre and when dyed, can show slight tonal variations due to the slub of the fabric retaining more colour.The results of dyeing this fabric may vary. Elastic and straps, trims, beading and chiffon may cause the dye to dry a slightly deeper or paler shade of colour than the main body of the shoe. If the colour swatch provided is of a different fabric from the shoe we cannot guarantee the match due to the different composition of the fabric. Once the products have been dyed, a second coat can be applied at the customers request but WSD will not be held liable if this affects a colour change.The glue used in shoe manufacture often cannot be seen with the naked eye and will only show up after dyeing. The dye will not absorb into the glue and as a result the dye does not take on that area. The dye used is not water resistant, scotchguard may help to minimise this but does not offer a guarantee. Shoe dyeing is at the customers own risk, by sending in your colour swatch or choosing from our colour chart you are agreeing to our terms and conditions and shoes cannot be exchanged or refunded once dyed (This does not effect your statutory rights)
